The quotes above really relate how I feel about the work that I do.
It is looking at the child as an entire enity and then designing a program around that child's needs that makes our job the most challenging yet very rewarding.

  1. Yes, as educator or just adults, we must remember that children are individuals as should be treated as such. We cannot expect all children to function as one unit. Instead, we must consider and focus on individual learning styles.
